Ayurvedic Food Principles and Rituals Workshop
Part one of this workshop provides you with foundational knowledge on the Ayurvedic approach to food. It provides an overview of Ayurvedic food practices and rituals, (how, what and when to eat) and how to implement the practices into your own life to improve your health and wellbeing.
Part two is a complimentary Yin Yoga and Meditation class that is designed to be practiced in conjunction with the workshop or alternatively as a stand alone practice.
